Policies & Shipping

Order Processing: Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. A confirmation of delivery email will be sent when your order is on the way. 

Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-Store Pickup: Store pickup is available at our store located at 122 N Main St., St. Charles, MO 63301. Most orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. An email will be sent to the purchase email on file with details. 

Refunds and Returns Policy: For all orders you have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn and security tag must be attached. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
